Added SVG output support for saving the stipples, based on input
from Miguel Sanchez.

Recompiled for Leopard, since some people were having problems running
the old Tiger binary.

Changed the PostScript stipple drawing to use filled circles (with zero line
width) instead of zero-length line segments.  Apparantly some viewers really
don't like zero-length line segments.  Thanks to Tobias Isenberg.
