This will change greatly, after a discussion with Taylor Jacob I've decided to remove GetSignal from channelbase, and move all signal monitoring to signal monitoring class that TVRec knows about.

pchdtv bttv patch v4 [EXPERIMENTAL] Allows you to set up a pchdtv card's bttv frame grabber. Updates protocol an database version.
HDTV captions v2 [EXPERIMENTAL] Parses EIA-708 captions in and dispatches them to the OSD. Pretty borked at the moment.
