Other splines

There many types of splines:

Bezier,

Hermite,

Natural,

Catmull-Rom,

...

B-splines are the most useful, but Bezier and Hermite are used widely. Bezier are often found in drawing programs (e.g. Powerpoint!) although they are not very convenient.
