I am currently studying
for a PhD in Computer Science and have received my M.S. in Scientific
Computing at New York University's Courant Institute of Mathematical
Sciences (CIMS). I am currently working with Denis Zorin at the Media Research Lab.
-
Current and
Recenet Work
-
I am currently working on a Poisson solver with highly nonuniformly
distributed forces and complex geometries in three dimensions
-
I will soon be posting code for simulating fluids in 2d with vortex
methods as well as results.
-
Fluid Dynamics Visualization - Here is some of the most recent visualization I did with George Biros and Lexing Ying, using their embedded integral solver for Stokes. I have some nice movies I did in Maya as well as some nice movies here : Animations and Pictures
-
Fluid Dynamics Visualization II - I
worked with Denis Zorin, George Biros and Lexing Ying on
visualizing 3d fluid dynamics simulations, spefically N. Stokes
problems in both steady and unsteady-states. Currently, I have some
pictures of Line Integral Convolutions for 2d unsteady cavity problems
for different Reynold's numbers, and I am developing code for 3d line
integral convolutions with possible moving boundary conditions and
pressures. I have added my code as well as some movies and
pictures. I will also soon put up my code for the projection method
for Navier Stokes,
so you can generate nice fields for using the the LIC code.
